Itinerary

The atelier is located in the old centre of the former village Vleuten (now part of the city of Utrecht). Vleuten can be easily reached by car and train (5 minutes walk from the station) and is only a stone’s throw away from the picturesque village Haarzuilens with its famous castle and park De Haar (see also under Links on the contact page).

By train

1. At the station, arriving from direction Utrecht: take stairs down from the platform en stay on this side of the railway (continue directions at nr. 3).
2. At the station, arriving from direction Den Haag (The Hague): take stairs down from the platform and take passage under the railway to the other side. Follow directions from nr. 3.
3. Exit the station and turn right (Prof. Titus Brandsmalaan), keep the railway on your right).
4. At the end of the road (dead end) turn left (Odenveltlaan).
5. Take the first right and cross the street (Burgemeester v.d. Heidelaan).
6. Where the Burg. V.d. Heidelaan turns into the Stationsstraat (before the bend), turn left (= first left) into the Stationsstraat.
7. Follow Stationsstraat (behind the houses you see the church spire on your right hand side), until you see the sign footpath (this is a little bridge crossing a small canal).
8. Cross the bridge.
9. Turn right directly after the bridge, the second house on your right is nr. 31.
   

By car

Via A2: exit number 6, direction Maarssen, Vleuten; follow the signs for Vleuten; after blue municipal sign Vleuten, go right at traffic lights; go straight at the roundabout and take second street on the left.

Via A12, direction Den Haag (The Hague): at interchange Oudenrijn, follow A2 direction Amsterdam; exit Maarssen, Vleuten and follow previous directions via A2.

Via A12, direction Arnhem: exit De Meern; follow the signs for Vleuten; go straight after railway crossing; at T-junction go right; take the first street on the right.
